Founded in 1997 by Architectural Designer Sarabjit Singh, the firm’s design ideology amalgamates his immense love for all things fine and over 24 years of experience in the field of design. With a keen eye for precision and detail and a zest to deliver elite spaces, Villa Ortiga thoughtfully crafts designs with a luxe appeal. Under his supervision, all of Villa Ortiga’s projects, be it penthouses, villas, residences, corporate offices, boutique hotels, or restaurants, embody vogue and panache.

Sarabjit Singh is a stalwart of the profession with over 24 years of experience in the design field, with degrees from the Prince of Wales's Institute of Architecture and the University of Oxford in the UK. His international exposure coupled with extensive travels add a global sensibility to his work, a fundamental characteristic of all projects undertaken by Villa Ortiga.

The studio amalgamates a complete package of beautifully designed contemporary architectural buildings imbibed with aesthetically pleasing interiors. The spaces are further enhanced by the curated statement furniture pieces, luxurious furnishings in various prints and patterns and enticing decor, styled creatively to weave a complete design story. These uniquely customised and globally sourced pieces are exclusively curated and collected at VO Living, a furniture and lifestyle store based in Delhi.

Sensory Extravaganza

Each space is unique, specially crafted to meet the needs of the clients. A creative play in volume, experiments with the massing, skilful placement of wall openings and exploration of scale intensify the artistically integrated interior design. The design is layered with intricate detailing through a play of elements such as materials, textures, colours, and lighting facilitated by technological interventions to cater to the senses.

Founder and Architectural Designer

Sarabjit Singh is the Founder and Architectural Designer at Villa Ortiga, a leading multi-disciplinary boutique architecture and interior design firm based in Delhi that aspires to create experiences in high-end, refreshing new spaces with an international appeal. In 1992, he was handpicked by Prince Charles to study at his premier Prince of Wales's Institute of Architecture in London. Thereafter, he continued his architecture and design education from the highly revered Oxford Institute of Architecture in the United Kingdom. Seeking to creatively bridge the gap between the demand and supply of unique global architectural and interior design styles, Sarabjit established Villa Ortiga in 1997. Since then, the practice has thrived exceedingly with hundreds of projects spread across India and abroad.
